The co-ordination of design, structure, legal agreements (party wall, licence of alterations), building control, planning, conservation, Listed Building consents, and other Local Authority legislation are all addressed to ensure that a project is given the preparation that it requires before work starts on site. Our pre-building work provides this preparation for both Client and Contractor.
