Oliver Steele–Perkins – Project Manager

Oliver is an incorporated member of the Chartered Institute of Building having obtained a First Class honours degree in Construction Management as well as an HND in building at the University of Glamorgan earning him the designation of ICIOB. His experience in the industry includes work for Bartlett Construction and E Thomas Construction a subsidiary of the Mowlem Group where he worked in both project planning and on site construction work.

He has worked in both Oxford and London property markets for Royal Insurance Property Services and Winkworth at offices in Notting Hill and Kensington. As both a Property Manager and Project Manager he managed a portfolio of 90 plus properties for Winkworth Premium Client Management and has carried out numerous refurbishment and conversion projects in London.

Nikki Johnson

Nikki has considerable and diverse experience in the residential property market. Nikki holds a diploma in Professional Interior Design and has worked for established house builders Charles Bishop Ltd and Yarlington Homes where she has had experience in new build construction developments from initial site set up through to the sale of completed homes. Nikki has designed interiors for show homes for developers and offered consultancy interior design services to new purchasers; she has also managed show homes and the marketing and sales of new properties on behalf of developers.

With the amalgamation of interior design, construction and sales experience Nikki manages to inject a different outlook on development projects that create not only unique homes but also homes that promote resale. Her portfolio consists of over 100 properties combining within Somerset, Dorset, Hampshire, Kent, Cornwall and Switzerland.
