FEES

We provide an entirely flexible service built around those detailed on this website. We provide comprehensive fee proposals to our prospective clients, these carry no fees or obligation to proceed. Our proposal will be completed and emailed promptly after first meeting at the site and will focus on the specific requirements of the project and those discussed with our Client.

Our fees are calculated as follows:

• Pre-Construction Project Management – Fixed fee
• Building Consultancy – Isolated and additional services beyond those included in Pre Construction – Fixed fee
• Construction Project Management - Percentage of the Net build cost.

Clients can expect frequent site attendances and daily phone and email contact (or as required). We have a proactive management style and we aim to deliver beyond expectations.
