Our pre-construction work is about understanding a Client’s initial aspirations for a project and taking them through to a completed design supported with a comprehensive written Scope of Works. Our Project Management sees the continuation of this from the issuing of a tender to building contractors for pricing through to the completion of the building work. The parties to a building project from concept to completion can be numerous and a significant part of our role is the efficient management of the team throughout the design and build process whilst acting as the single point of contact for the Client and all other parties.

We work with, Architects and Architectural Technicians, Structural glazing and conservatory designers, basement specialists, Planning Consultants, Structural Engineers, Temporary works designers, Party Wall Surveyors, Health and Safety Consultants for on site CDM regulation compliance, Independent Building Control, Building service engineers – M & E design (mechanical, electrical, lifts, air conditioning, fire safety), Intruder Detection designers and installers for Alarms and CCTV, Audio Visual designers and installers, Lighting designers, Interior designers, Bespoke joiners, Kitchen designers, Landscape designers and contractors, Horticultural experts.
