I provide independent project management and cost control for high-quality residential new builds, refurbishments and complex remodelling projects.
With over 25 years’ experience in residential construction, I represent my clients throughout the full project lifecycle, bringing structure, clarity and disciplined management to projects where design, cost and delivery must remain closely aligned.
A structured approach to building projects
Residential projects require more than design quality alone. They depend on early financial clarity, coordinated decision making and consistent control through each stage of the project.
My role is to ensure that the process is professionally managed aligning the consultant team, maintaining cost discipline and guiding the project from Planning through to handover with clarity and control.
Projects typically range from £500k to £3 million.

Each project requires a team suited to its specific demands. I assemble the team and ensure we operate cohesively, with clear direction and alignment to the client’s objectives throughout the design and construction process.

My role is to provide clear, independent oversight, ensuring decisions are informed, risks are managed, and the project is delivered with control from start to finish.
