Defining the project through consultant coordination, design development, cost planning and programme strategy. This phase ensures the project is aligned, coordinated and fully prepared before entering construction.

Managing the delivery of the project through contract administration, programme control, financial management and coordination of the contractor and specialist trades. The focus is on maintaining alignment between design, quality and budget throughout the build.

Concluding the project through certification, compliance, financial close-out and handover. This phase ensures the project is fully documented, signed off and properly completed.
Oliver Steele-Perkins MCIOB is a Chartered Construction Manager with over 25 years’ experience delivering residential projects.
Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, he provides clear direction through each stage of the design and build process, ensuring projects are structured, informed and professionally managed from the outset.
His approach combines practical construction knowledge with disciplined project and cost management, giving clients confidence that decisions are well considered and aligned with the overall objectives of the project.
